Mallberry Suites Business Hotel - Cagayan de Oro

This hotel exceeded my expectations in several ways. the value for money was excellent - the prices were affordable and the hotel provided great amenities for the price. Secondly, the location was very convenient. Being close to the Magnum Shuttle Bus terminal for CGY airport transportation made my travel experience hassle-free. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to the Lim Ket Kai shopping centre and other famous malls made it easy for me to explore the city and enjoy shopping and dining options. Lastly, the staff provided exceptional service. From fairlouie, the friendly waiter in the restaurant, to the attentive staff at the front desk, everyone went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The basic amenities in the room, including the hairdryer in the shower of the junior suite with 2 bedrooms inside, were a nice touch. Moreover, having breakfast included in my stay was a convenient and tasty perk.

All was perfect.

Near the airport, 6 miles. An easy walk to Kenny rogers, where you can have lunch. Enjoyable base for trip in Cagayan de Oro: D

Conveniently, there's a Yellow Cab Pizza nearby where you can grab a bite to eat. Plus, in just a nice 15-minute walk, you'll find yourself at Vicente de Lara Park 🍕.

Clean and cozy room with comfortable bed and pillows. The hotel's location is ideal for those who want to experience the city's business district, with shopping centers and restaurants within walking distance. One of the best things we enjoyed during our stay was the peaceful atmosphere inside the room.

The breakfast buffet could use more variety and the staff at the restaurant could be more accommodating. we had a pleasant romantic escape, but there are some areas that the hotel can improve on.

The hotel's location is a major advantage as it is situated next to Robinson's Mall, which offers a wide range of shopping and dining options. it is conveniently located near the Magnum Shuttle Bus terminal for easy transportation to CGY airport. Being in the center of the city, guests can easily access various attractions and events in the area.

The hotel's service during check-out was frustrating, with delays and lack of prioritization for customers leaving, causing inconvenience for those catching flights.

Located in the heart of the city, this hotel provides easy access to the major attractions and shopping centers. the staff was friendly and accommodating, and the room was spacious and clean. the hotel had good wifi connectivity and a complimentary breakfast buffet.
